Keep construction debris contained with 15, 20 or 30-yard roll-off dumpsters for new builds, framing, remodeling and demolition projects across Utah’s Wasatch Front.
Job-Site Dumpster Rental for Contractors
A planned debris area helps crews work around one container instead of scattered piles and repeated dump runs. Utah Dumpster Rentals supports contractors, builders, remodelers and property managers with delivery, pickup and potential swap scheduling based on current availability.
Construction Debris We Can Quote
Wood, framing scraps and pallets
Drywall and ordinary non-hazardous building debris
Packaging, fixtures and approved renovation material
Demolition debris disclosed before delivery
Heavy material needs a separate plan. Concrete, dirt, brick, asphalt and similar dense debris must be approved before loading. Use the heavy-debris page.
Plan the Container Around the Work
Estimate debris by phase and material.
Choose a size that fits both volume and weight.
Reserve a clear placement area with truck access.
Keep debris below the fill line and schedule pickup before it blocks the job.
Common approved loads can include wood, drywall, packaging and general construction debris. Concrete, dirt, asphalt, brick and hazardous material require advance approval or a different container plan.
Can contractors schedule a swap?
A pickup with a replacement container may be available for continuing projects. Include the expected project schedule when requesting the quote.
Which size is best for construction?
The right size depends on material, volume and weight. Compare the 15, 20 and 30-yard options and describe the job before scheduling.

What should I include in a construction & contractor dumpsters quote request?+
Plan debris containment around your crew, materials and work schedule, from framing and renovation to demolition cleanup. Include the full address, estimated amount, every material and preferred dates.
Does a bigger container mean I can load more weight?+
No. Cubic yards measure volume. Confirm the weight allowance and material-specific loading limit for the order before loading.
Can I change the material after delivery?+
Call the service team before adding a different material. The approved load and disposal terms may need to change.
