CHOOSE THE RIGHT CONTAINER
10-yard rock box rental in Utah
A dedicated low-sided container for approved concrete, dirt, rock, brick and asphalt. Not a small household-junk dumpster. Confirm the material and loading plan before delivery.

A dedicated container for dense debris
Full Tilt’s 10-yard rock box is designed for heavy materials, not everyday household junk. A driveway tear-out, landscape excavation or masonry removal can create a dense load even when the pile looks small. The low-sided box is a different choice from the 15-yard, 20-yard and 30-yard dumpsters used for approved mixed debris.
Tell the service team exactly what the project will produce. Concrete, soil, rock, brick and asphalt need their own material review, separation instructions and approved loading limit. Requesting the rock box does not authorize an unrestricted mixture of all those materials.
Published dimensions and placement planning
Full Tilt publishes approximate measurements of 20 ft long × 8 ft wide × 2 ft high for its 10-yard rock box. The shallow sides help distinguish this equipment from a taller mixed-debris dumpster, but the container’s footprint is not the truck’s delivery space.
Confirm the actual container, a firm and suitable placement surface, gate width, approach, overhead obstructions and pickup access before scheduling. Do not assume a box will fit because the empty space matches its published length and width. Use the placement guide for property permissions and public-space considerations.
Materials to discuss before ordering
- Broken concrete from a driveway, patio, walkway or similar demolition.
- Dirt or soil from excavation and landscape work.
- Rock, gravel and other dense aggregates.
- Brick, block or masonry tear-outs.
- Asphalt pieces from pavement removal.
Describe rebar, contamination and every additional material in the load. Household junk, packaging and ordinary mixed construction trash do not belong in this heavy-material box. Hazardous waste, liquids, chemicals, batteries, pressurized cylinders and special-handling appliances must stay out while a separate disposal plan is reviewed.
Dry concrete removal is not concrete washout
Broken, solid concrete and wet concrete slurry are different waste streams. A rock box is not a washout container. Concrete-truck wash water, wet residue and slurry require dedicated concrete washout equipment; do not put them in the rock box or a standard dumpster.
Request a rock-box quote that matches the load
Choose 10 Yard Rock Box (Heavy Materials) under Preferred Dumpster Size on the quote form. In Project Details, list the material, estimated quantity, preferred dates and any placement or access concerns. For a slab, useful inputs include its length, width and approximate thickness. For loose material, describe the pile and whether other debris is mixed in.
Confirm the approved loading height, maximum load, included hauling or disposal allowance, rental period, pickup and additional-charge conditions in the quote. The 10-yard name is not an included tonnage or a guarantee that the box may be filled to the top with any dense material. See the heavy-debris requirements and pricing guidance before loading.
Not sure whether the job needs a rock box or a regular dumpster? Select Not Sure and describe the material so the team can review the request. Compare the complete dumpster and rock-box lineup before booking.
BEFORE DELIVERY
Know the details.
Confirm availability, materials and terms for your project.
Can I use a 10-yard rock box for household junk?
No. It is a heavy-material container, not a general mixed-debris dumpster. Household junk and packaging need a different container. Describe the complete load before the equipment is confirmed.
Does 10 yards mean an included weight allowance?
No. The size name does not establish included tonnage, maximum load or a fill-to-the-top allowance. Confirm the material-specific loading limit and disposal terms in the quote.
How do I request a 10-yard rock box?
Choose 10 Yard Rock Box (Heavy Materials) under Preferred Dumpster Size. Describe the material, estimated quantity, address and dates so Full Tilt can review the equipment and loading plan.
Can concrete wash water go in the rock box?
No. Wet concrete residue, slurry and wash water require dedicated concrete washout equipment. A rock box is for the approved dense-material load, not wet washout.
What are the dumpster dimensions?
10-yard rock box: 20 ft long × 8 ft wide × 2 ft high. Use these published dimensions as approximate planning measurements, not guaranteed delivered-container specifications. Confirm the actual container and truck clearance before booking; its footprint alone is not enough room for delivery or pickup.
